Pickup works great. No compromise on the quality of the food. It's a shame that it's still closed - the flair is missing.

Excellent customer service, high quality Foods which are very tasty. Pleasant Ambience and interior. Check the Kiwi plate it's astonishingly well made.

Had dinner with my wife. The service was very unfriendly and just slammed the cards on the table for us. The food is too overpriced for a camping takeout in the east. Almost the same prices are charged as on Sylt. The fries were no longer warm and fresh. Neither do the schnitzel. In Walkenried there are better places to eat that are also more central and cheaper.

Excellent constant quality of the food, the staff and the kitchen. 10 days vacation = ate there 10 times. Really all very well. If we are around we will definitely go back.

I was seldom satisfied with a main course, but the salad was enough and the food was also incredibly delicious. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is very calming.

As always great and everything was great, very friendly and animal-loving so we could bring our two dogs with us without any problems. Food, as always, just great.

When asked about guests at the next table who placed their 2 dogs on the chair at the table, we were told that it was a very dog-friendly restaurant. We immediately left the restaurant and will not visit it again in the future.

I have never eaten so well ... The KIWI is the No.1 restaurant in the whole of the Harz. It is amazing how quickly the dishes are prepared, no matter how crowded it is, there are never long waiting times. The staff, especially the boss, was very friendly, courteous and attentive. It doesn't make a difference there either, you don't notice the service when it's stressful, they always keep calm and friendliness, which unfortunately you don't have in many restaurants. In addition to the excellent cuisine, which is really delicious and professionally prepared (the eye is also there) and the portions are 100% right, I also have to mention that it is also highly recommended for young people. The boss is always the first to have the latest "trend drinks" on site. And also a delicious selection of cocktails. So in the overall package the TOP restaurant for young and old, in the entire Harz. We will spend many more evenings there. You just feel completely at ease. THANKS to the whole KIWI team😘

The restaurant is a bit out of the way at Knaurs campsite. Just 1 minute from the center. A detour is worthwhile. You get a very friendly welcome. The restaurant is nicely furnished and squeaky clean. The menu is great for every taste. We chose grill plates and fried pikeperch. Both dishes were delicious and freshly made. The portion size is absolutely enough to fill you up. The service during our stay was remarkably attentive. Clear recommendation from me.

We recommend. Went here for lunch today with 8 people. The food was plentiful and very tasty, the service owner + employee, very nice at all times. The price / performance ratio is right.

The first glance at the menu gives hope for good things, even if it seems two / three € more expensive than in similar restaurants. At the latest when the food arrives, you can see and taste that the price is justified. Great products, which are well prepared and I can recommend without hesitation. I can even recommend the "mix plate" which is often just a dry meat grave with french fries ... It was juicy, varied and especially recommended with grilled vegetables ... just great! The starters and the fish are also highly recommended ... On top of that comes a professional and polite service ... From my point of view, it is recommended for everyone, not just for campers. Reservation is strongly recommended!

Very tasty food, boss and staff super nice. They have the best steak there 👍 but all the other dishes are also very tasty 😋 We go there very often and always feel great there. Thanks to the entire Kiwi team you are just great, stay the way you are👍👍
